Longer Life Wellness, also known as Longer Life Wellness by Doctor Farmer, is a wellness and health education centre and a part of My Health School. Our centre is at No 1521, H Block, 5th Street, Ranganathan Garden, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Longer Life Wellness, and "you" refers to the person using this website or our services.

Our consultations, programs, coaching, nutrition guidance, physiotherapy support and recovery experiences are lifestyle, wellness and education services. They are designed to support your health alongside the care of your own doctor.

We do not provide emergency care, and nothing we share is a diagnosis, a prescription, a promise of a cure or a guarantee of any particular result. Individual outcomes depend on many personal factors. Please continue to consult your treating doctor, and never start, stop or change prescribed medication based on anything we or this website share.

If you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or the nearest hospital immediately.

• When you submit an enquiry form, our team will contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to understand your needs and confirm a suitable slot.
• A preferred date and time you choose in the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is confirmed only after our team speaks with you.
• Please arrive on time for your visit and bring any recent reports, prescriptions or readings you would like us to review.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
• We may need to reschedule a session occasionally. If that happens, we will inform you and arrange an alternative time.

Fees for consultations and programs are shared with you before you enrol or make any payment. Unless we have agreed something different with you in writing, fees are payable in advance of the service being delivered, and any applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

Program fees pay for the guidance, time and support we provide, not for a specific health outcome. If you wish to discuss a refund or a break in your program, please write to us at info@longerlifewellness.in and we will review your request fairly.

• Give us accurate and complete information about your health, medication, allergies and history, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions from our team, especially during physiotherapy, movement and recovery sessions such as sauna and cold plunge.
• Treat our team, our students and our facilities with respect.
• Use this website lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false enquiries.

The text, images, videos, program material, logos and branding on this website belong to Longer Life Wellness or to our partners, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may read and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell or adapt our content or program material for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Student stories and results shared on this website are individual experiences shared with consent. They are not a prediction of what you will experience.

Some pages link to or embed material hosted by others, such as videos, maps or messaging services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices.

We take reasonable care in providing our services and in keeping this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
